* WHAT...
Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...
A portion of central North Carolina, including the following counties, Durham and Orange.

* WHEN...
Until 200 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1211 AM EDT, Heavy rainfall has ended and mostly light to moderate rain remains. Streams and creeks will continue to rise with ponding slow to recede for the next hour or two.
Gradual improvement is expected thereafter. Minor urban and poor drainage flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding and slow recession of standing water.

Durham, Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, Carrboro, Eno River State Park, Parkwood, Bethesda, Gorman, Research Triangle, Jordan Lake and Falls Lake.
