Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...
Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens, Gallia, Jackson, Meigs, Vinton and Washington and West Virginia, including the following counties, Jackson, Mason, Wirt and Wood.

* WHEN...
Until 630 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1243 PM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area.
Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue as water continues to work down the drainages, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Jackson, Wellston, Pomeroy, Albany, Coolville, Rutland, Forked Run State Park, Mason, Tuppers Plains, Washington, Lubeck, Middleport, Chester, Hamden, Syracuse, Hartford City, Coalton, Vinton, Wilkesville and Harrisonville.
