* WHEN...
Until midnight EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 953 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated flooding due to runoff from earlier heavy rainfall. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Cecil Branch, Stony Creek, Walker Creek, Little Walker Creek, Sugar Run, Little Stony Creek, Broad Hollow Creek, Wabash Creek, Kimberling Creek, Dry Branch and New River.
Walker Creek at Bane has crested and was falling, but it will be a early Tuesday morning before the creek falls back below flood stage.

Pearisburg, Poplar Hill, Bane, White Gate and Kimballton.
