A portion of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens, Gallia, Jackson, Meigs, Vinton and Washington.

* WHEN...
Until 230 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 736 AM EST, Local law enforcement reports numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Areas along the Shade River, Leading Creek, and Raccoon Creek should especially be alert for high water.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Jackson, Wellston, Albany, New Haven, Tuppers Plains, Middleport, Chester, Syracuse, and Dyesville.
