At 740 PM EST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Jackson to near Muses Mills. Movement was east at 70 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Ashland, Portsmouth, Ironton, Jackson, Wellston, Point Pleasant, Grayson, Gallipolis, Coal Grove, Pomeroy, Olive Hill, Oak Hill, Rio Grande, Racine, Rutland, Cannonsburg, Lake Vesuvius, Grayson Lake State Park, Carter Caves State Park, and Kenova.
This includes Interstate 64 in Kentucky between mile markers 150 and 189.
