Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...
Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens, Gallia, Jackson, Lawrence, Meigs, Vinton and Washington and northern West Virginia, including the following county, Wood.

* WHEN...
Until 530 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of small rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1135 AM EST, Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen overnight which has resulted in numerous creeks and streams out of their banks flooding adjacent roads.

Parkersburg, Athens, Belpre, Jackson, Wellston, Oak Hill, Albany, Coolville, Vienna, Washington, Lubeck, Gallia, Hamden, North Hills, Coalton, Vinton, Wilkesville, Salem Center, Dyesville and Radcliffe.
