Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE... Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens, Gallia, Jackson, Lawrence, Meigs, Vinton and Washington and northern West Virginia, including the following county, Wood. * WHEN... Until 530 PM EST. * IMPACTS... Flooding of small rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1135 AM EST, Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen overnight which has resulted in numerous creeks and streams out of their banks flooding adjacent roads. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
