* At 129 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Heavy rain impacted this area last night and only a little additional rainfall this afternoon may quickly lead to renewed flash flooding. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
