The Flood Warning will expire at 11 AM EST this morning for portions of southeast Ohio, including the following county, Washington and West Virginia, including the following counties, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt and Wood.
Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
