The Flash Flood Warning for central and southwestern portions of McDowell County has been replaced with a Flood Warning there.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT Sunday for portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, southwest Virginia, and West Virginia.
