A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following counties, Mahoning, Portage and Stark.

Until 845 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 535 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.

Canton, Youngstown, Boardman, Alliance, North Canton, Louisville, Campbell, Canfield, Sebring, Hartville, Austintown, Struthers, Randolph, Atwater, Poland, Ellsworth, New Middletown, East Canton, Lowellville and Beloit.
