Flood waters are receding, so the Flash Flood Warning is being allowed to expire. However, motorists should continue to exercise extreme caution and be prepared for water or debris remaining on roadways. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT Friday for portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, southwest Virginia, and West Virginia.
