At 1210 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a heavy rain shower 8 miles northwest of Kannapolis, or 5 miles north of Enochville. This shower was nearly stationary, drifting southward only very slowly.
Locations to be impacted include...
Kannapolis, China Grove, Landis, and Enochville.
Very heavy rainfall rates up to 2 inches per hour will be possible in these areas.
