The Flood Warning will expire at 8 AM EDT this morning for portions of central and northern West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Braxton and Gilmer. In northern West Virginia, Lewis.
Flood waters are receding and the heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
