Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Gallia, Jackson, Lawrence and Meigs and western West Virginia, including the following counties, Cabell and Mason. * WHEN... Until 200 PM EST. * IMPACTS... Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1135 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
