West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.

* WHERE...
Portions of western Maryland, central, northwest, and western Virginia, and eastern West Virginia.

* WHEN...
From 10 AM Sunday to midnight EST Sunday Night.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Strongest winds will come with a surge directly along the front between 10am and 12pm Sunday. A secondary surge in wind is likely late afternoon into early evening.
Strongest winds during both of these time periods will be along the ridges with slightly lower values in the valleys.
