The Flood Warning will expire at 815 PM EST this evening for a portion of east central Ohio, including the following areas, Guernsey, Monroe and Noble.
Though light rain remains possible overnight, heavy rain has ended.
Flood waters are receding and no longer expected to pose any new threats. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
