Portions of Virginia, including the following counties and independent city, Alleghany VA, Botetourt, City of Covington and Craig and southeast West Virginia, including the following counties, Greenbrier and Monroe. * WHEN... Until 1000 AM EST. * IMPACTS... Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is still occurring in some areas. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 749 AM EST, The flooding is a result of heavy rain which fell Saturday. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Anthony Creek and Little Sewell Creeks in Greenbrier County, Indian Creek in Monroe County, Dunlap and Potts Creeks in Alleghany County, and Craig Creek in eastern Craig and Botetourt Counties. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
