A portion of south central Virginia, including the following county, Charlotte.

Until 645 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 447 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the heavy rain that prompted the advisory has moved north of the area. Minor flooding is still expected as water from the earlier heavy rain collects in low lying areas. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Bentleys Branch, Roanoke Creek, Delaney Creek, Horsepen Creek, Twittys Creek, Reeses Creek, Spring Creek and Ash Camp Creek.
