He was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt with a basketball and spiderman on the front light stonewashed jeans white socks and black and green Jordan sneakers. The child's hair has short twists.

The Virginia State Police and the Virginia Missing Children Clearinghouse have issued an AMBER Alert on behalf of the Norfolk Police Department for a child abduction that occurred on April 30, 2026 at 0005 hours in the city of Norfolk. The child is believed to be in extreme danger and was last seen with the abductor on foot headed south on Chesapeake Boulevard in Norfolk Virginia.

Abducted is Ziyon Isyiere Suzario Dagner 2 years old, black male, brown hair, brown eyes, 3 feet 11 inches 45 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt with a basketball and spiderman on the front light stonewashed jeans white socks and black and green Jordan sneakers. The child's hair has short twists. The child is believed to have been abducted by James Edward Lynch 35 years old, black male, black hair, brown eyes 5 feet 7 inches 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, white pants with white stripes and tan shoes.
