At 353 PM EDT, a heavy rain producing shower was located over Bluefield, moving northeast at 10 mph. It may intensify to a thunderstorm.
Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with this shower.
Locations impacted include...
Bluefield...
Rocky Gap...
Ceres...
and Clear Fork.
Torrential rainfall with rates of two to four inches per hour is also occurring with this shower, and may cause localized flooding.
Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
