In Maryland, Garrett and Extreme Western Allegany Counties. In Virginia, Western Highland and Eastern Highland Counties, and Northern Virginia Blue Ridge and Central Virginia Blue Ridge. In West Virginia, Western Grant, Western Mineral, Western Pendleton and Eastern Pendleton Counties.

Until 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...
Frostbite and hypothermia are likely if exposed to these temperatures. An extended period of freezing temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes.
