The Flash Flood Watch continues for * Portions of Virginia and eastern West Virginia, including the following areas: in Virginia, Albemarle, Augusta, Central Virginia Blue Ridge, Culpeper, Eastern Highland, Eastern Loudoun, Fairfax, Nelson, Orange, Page, Prince William/Manassas/Manassas Park, Rockingham, Shenandoah, Southern Fauquier, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Warren, Western Highland and Western Loudoun. In eastern West Virginia, Eastern Grant, Eastern Pendleton, Hardy, Western Grant and Western Pendleton.

* Until Midnight EDT tonight * Periods of heavy rainfall is expected at times into tonight which may produce instances of localized flash flooding.
