Canceled 2/17/25 2:21 AM Flood Warning issued February 16 at 7:05PM EST until February 17 at 4:00AM EST by NWS Blacksburg VA * WHAT... Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt continues. * WHERE... A portion of southeast West Virginia, including the following county, Greenbrier. * WHEN... Until 400 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS... Flooding of the Meadow River along Highway 60. Water may affect some homes along the right bank of the river from Rupert to McRoss. The river level is expected to crest just above 16 feet at Hines late this evening. At this level, route 60 would be flooded near Charmco. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 702 PM EST, Gauge reports flooding along the Meadow River near Hines. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Eagle Branch, Beaver Creek, Little Creek, Mill Creek, Big Clear Creek, Boggs Creek, Burdette Creek, Meadow River, Otter Creek and Sewell Creek. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
