At 419 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Spencer to 8 miles west of Kenna to near Ona. Movement was east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Charleston, Nitro, Spencer, Winfield, Jefferson, South Charleston, St. Albans, Dunbar, Hurricane, Barboursville, Sissonville, Milton, Eleanor, Buffalo, Clendenin, Poca, Pinch, Cross Lanes, Arnoldsburg, and Kenna.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 79 between mile markers 1 and 31.
Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 97 and 133.
Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 18 and 57.
Route 119 between mile markers 65 and 80.
