Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1005 PM EDT, Minor flooding is ongoing across parts of the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
Significant rises have occurred on area streams.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are still possible. This may aggravate existing flooding.
