Portions of north central and northeast Ohio, including the following counties, in north central Ohio, Ashland and Richland. In northeast Ohio, Medina, Stark, Summit and Wayne.

Until 830 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 521 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.

Akron, Canton, Mansfield, Wooster, Ashland, Massillon, Barberton, Green, Wadsworth, North Canton, Shelby, Orrville, Rittman, Ontario, Crestline, Doylestown, Creston, Dalton, West Salem and Hayesville.
