Additional snow accumulations of a dusting to around one inch.

* WHERE...
Portions of Piedmont and western North Carolina.

* WHEN...
Until noon EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...
The snowfall may create slippery and snow covered roadways. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute. Patchy black ice will also be possible Thursday morning.
