* WHAT...
Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...
Portions of western Virginia, including the following county, Rockingham and eastern West Virginia, including the following counties, Hardy and Pendleton.

* WHEN...
Until 745 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 324 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Portions of Peake Mountain Road were flooded in western Rockingham County.
