For the High Wind Warning, until 7 AM Tuesday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 10 AM Tuesday.

Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. The cold wind chills as low as 11 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
