Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Portsmouth, Vanceburg, Rome, Concord, Buena Vista in Scioto County, Sandy Springs, Garrison, Turkey Creek Lake, Tannery, Carrs, Rexton, Friendship, Saint Paul and Firebrick.
Additional rainfall of 0.5 to 1 inch is expected over the area.
