Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- Additional showers and storms are expected to spread into the area this morning into the early afternoon. Due to recent rainfall, poor antecedent soil conditions will lead to heightened chances for localized flash flooding with this additional convection.
