At 17.0 feet, Some city streets flood due to storm sewers backing up.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:30 AM EST Friday the stage was 3.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 17.3 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday morning.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 17.4 feet on 05/08/1994.
