Northwest Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph, Southeast Webster, and Southeast Nicholas Counties.

* WHEN...
Until 11 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Hypothermia could occur if precautions are not taken.
