A portion of the Piedmont of North Carolina, including the following county, Union NC.

Until 115 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1012 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a slow moving area of showers that was producing localized heavy rain, moving across southern Union County, North Carolina. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen in southwest Union County and the heavy rain was moving into the southeastern part of the county.
