- At 1203 AM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the warned area with some roads across the area experiencing flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Clarksburg, Grafton, Bridgeport, Flemington, McGee, Tygart Lake State Park, Meadland, Rosemont, Knottsville and Thornton.
