At 24.0 feet, Portions of Cleveland Ave and Wood St flood. Sections of Rte 20 south and north of town begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:45 PM EST Thursday the stage was 20.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 23.9 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tonight.
- Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 24.0 feet on 01/07/1994.
