Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, and sidewalks will likely be slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions.
Cold temperatures combined with power outages may cause difficulties concerning heating.
High profile vehicles may have difficulty driving in gusty winds on icy roads.
