The Flood Warning will expire at 10 AM EDT this morning for portions of north central and northeast Ohio, including the following areas, in north central Ohio, Ashland and Richland. In northeast Ohio, Holmes, Stark and Wayne.
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
