Creek flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE... Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Gallia, Jackson and Lawrence and western West Virginia, including the following county, Cabell. * WHEN... Until 645 PM EST. * IMPACTS... Flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 202 PM EST, Department of highways report numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Locations along Raccoon Creek, Symmes Creek, and Indian Guyan Creek should especially be alert for high water. In addition, low-lying areas along the Hocking River and the Muskingum River may experience high water - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
