The Flash Flood Watch continues for * Portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio and West Virginia, including the following areas, in northeast Kentucky, Boyd, Carter, Greenup and Lawrence KY. In southeast Ohio, Gallia and Lawrence OH. In West Virginia, Cabell, Mason, Putnam and Wayne.

* Until 8 PM EDT this evening.

* Multiple rounds of showers and storms are expected through early this evening, as a cold approaches. Heavy rain falling over the same areas may result in localized flash flooding.
