Flooding of smaller rivers and larger creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring.

- At 354 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated flooding on smaller rivers and larger creeks and streams, including lower portions of Middle Island Creek and The Shade River.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Marietta, Belpre, St. Marys, Pomeroy, Middlebourne, Coolville, Rutland, Vienna, Williamstown, Washington, Boaz, Tuppers Plains, Middleport, Newport, Chester, Friendly, Blennerhassett, Little Hocking, Darwin and Point Lookout.
