Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

Portions of southwest Virginia, including the following counties, Buchanan and Dickenson and southern West Virginia, including the following counties, Boone, Logan, McDowell, Mingo, Raleigh and Wyoming.

* WHEN...
Until 230 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1050 AM EST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area.

Beckley, Madison, Welch, Logan, Clintwood, Grundy, Pineville, Haysi, Breaks Interstate, Davenport, John Flannagan Lake, Mullens, Mount Hope, Mabscott, Oceana, Sophia, Chapmanville, Gary, War and Man.
