* WHAT...
Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations ranging from a coating to an inch or two west of the Allegheny Front with 2 to 5 inches along and east of the Allegheny Front. Ice accumulations of around one tenth of an inch, mainly west of the Allegheny Front. A light glaze of ice is expected elsewhere. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...
In Maryland, Garrett County. In West Virginia, Western Grant County.

* WHEN...
From 5 AM to 7 PM EST Wednesday. Snow and sleet will overspread the area between 5 AM and 8 AM. Precipitation will change to freezing rain by mid morning for areas west of the Allegheny Front. Elsewhere, precipitation will change to rain between 1 and 3 PM Wednesday afternoon. Rain may freeze on a few surfaces before temperatures rise above freezing late in the day.

* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning commute and possibly the evening commute.
