Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 535 AM EDT, emergency management reported high water lingering across some roads in the area from prior excessive rainfall. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
