The Flood Warning will expire at 530 PM EST this afternoon for portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens, Gallia, Jackson, Lawrence, Meigs, Vinton and Washington and northern West Virginia, including the following county, Wood.
Flood waters are receding. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
