The Cleveland Division of Police in Cuyahoga County has issued an AMBER Alert. Victim is 5 year old female, Dream Peoples. 4 feet tall, 30 pounds, black hair, brown eyes. Suspect is the missing child's father, Marsallis Peoples, black male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 160 pounds, black hair, brown eyes. Suspect is possibly driving a 2002 Chevy Pickup tan in color, license plate PNB1388
