At 1202 AM EST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Mineralwells, or near Parkersburg, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Parkersburg, Mineralwells, Freeport, Walker, Davisville, Greencastle, and Rockport.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 162 and 174.
Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 12 and 17.
