A portion of eastern North Carolina, including the following areas, Beaufort, Greene, Hatteras Island, Mainland Dare, Mainland Hyde, Martin, Northern Outer Banks, Ocracoke Island, Pitt, Tyrrell and Washington.

Through this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A coastal low will continue to move slowly north along the coast of North Carolina, with bands of heavy rain impacting the area through this afternoon. Areas of intense rainfall will be possible with the strongest bands of rain.
