The Flood Warning will expire at midnight EDT tonight for portions of western Maryland, including the following areas, Allegany and Garrett and eastern West Virginia, including the following area, Mineral.
Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
