Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches, with localized amounts upwards of 5 inches on the higher ridges. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

In Maryland, Garrett County. In Virginia, Western Highland County.

* WHEN...
From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute with snow covered and slippery surfaces.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Rain will change to snow this evening between 7 and 9 PM with temperatures rapidly falling below freezing. The combination of snow and blowing snow will reduce visibility below one-half mile at times.
